Wrist Twirls

Sometimes instead of just opening and closing your hand it can be nice to twirl it instead.

Wrist twirls or wrist rolls do just that showing others what a master you are of your own hand...

How To Do Wrist Twirls

1. Twirl your left/ right wrist in a circle inwards bringing your arm up in the process and finishing just to the side of your head.

2. Reverse the twirl the other way bringing your arm back down by your body side in the process.

When learning at first you should attempt to isolate just the wrists and hands for the twirl itself. The arm will come up and down but you're not twirling the whole arm.

When you can do each hand individually, then do the same exercise above but wrist twirling both hands at the same time.
