Which-a-ways
Alright loosen up your legs cos' you'll definitely need them in this one.
The basic idea is to keep on turning the direction of the knee on each foot before switching legs.
How To Do The Which-A-Way
1.) Bring both arms in front of you spaced apart with your elbows into your body. The arms will stay here the whole move. At the same time lift your right leg up so its bent at the knee towards the right corner.
&) Bring the right leg down. As soon as it has lift the left leg off the ground to the left so it is straight and facing the right corner.
2.) Now change the angle by bringing the left knee up towards the left corner.
&) Bring the left knee down. As soon as it does lift the right leg off the ground to the right so it is straight and facing the left corner.
3.) Repeat the leg movements again from 1 as many times as you want.
On the definite counts of 1, 2, 3 etc the knee comes up bent.
In between the definite counts the legs come down and switch.
The angle of the legs is important. When one leg comes down and switches to the other leg, the new leg must lift off the ground the same angle as the previous one was in the air. Then it switches angle when the knee comes up.
The angle change occurs when the knee comes up.
