How To Do The Volkswagen

1.) Bring both arms out in front of you like you're driving a luxury top class Volkswagen.

2.) Jump up pushing off both legs, but bring the right leg higher than the left.

3.) If you do step 2 correct you should land with your left foot first and then your right foot.

When doing the Volswagen the aim is to keep the arms in the same position throughout the move.

This landing with the left foot first then the right is often used througout locking.
