Seek
This is quite similar to the Rock Steady so is the perfect move to learn next.
Once again keep your hips moving in this one!
How To Seek
1.) Beginning with the feet spaced about shoulder width apart bring your hips to the left. Bring your arms in front of you with the elbows bent and the forearms horizontal. Start rotating one hand around the other so both hands keep moving.
&.) Now shift the hips so they are now to the right continuing the rotation with the hands.
2.) Shift the hips to the left again continuing the rotation with the hands.
&.) Shift the hips to the right again finishing the rotation with the hands so you have finished 1 full rotation with the hands by this point.
3. Shift the hips to the left beginning another rotation with the hands.
&.) Shift the hips to the right continuing the rotation with the hands.
4.) Shift the hips to the left while bringing the right hand to the forehead as they together face the right corner. The left hand is by your side.
5.) Shift the hips to the right beginning a rotation with your hands as before.
&.) Shift the hips to the left continuing the rotation with the hands.
6.) Shift the hips to the right continuing with the hand rotation.
&.) Shift the hips to the left while finishing the rotation with the hands so you have completed a full rotation.
7.) Shift the hips to the right while beginning another rotation with the hands as before.
&.) Shift the hips to the left continuing the rotation with the hands.
8.) Shift the hips to the right while bringing the left hand up to the forehead as if looking for something. The hand and the head face the left corner. The right hand is by your side.
Important: keep the hips moving!
This is actually fairly straight forward once you can time the hips and arms together. You may want to begin with just the hips when beginning so you know what they're doing.
