Scooby Walk

This move can be done on the spot or moving forward it's up to you.

As is the theme recently this one takes a bit of co-ordination - practise slowly first!

How To Do The Scooby Walk

1.) Kick the left leg out in front of you so it's off the floor. At the same time you are pacing your right hand out to the right side.

&) Hop onto the left leg so the right leg is off the floor. Arms now by your side.

2.) Bring the right leg down so the legs are spaced apart and bent with knees outwards. At the same time the left arm comes up vertically in front of your body.

&) Hop onto the right leg (left leg off the floor). Arms are now by your side.

3.) Repeat from step 1 as many times as you'd like to.

The hop on 2.5 is the connecting step that allows you to repeat the step as many times as you like. From here you can kick out the left leg in front of you and repeat the step again.

At first it may feel a bit awkward but once you know the ordering of the hops and kicks, it all connects together much more smoothly like a walk.

If you want to travel forward with this move then when you hop onto the left leg on 1.5 hop towards it. From 1 the left leg will be extended so you just go towards it on 1.5. If you did it on the spot, the left leg would come back towards you first before you hop onto it in 1.5.
