Scooby Doo

This is a popular locking move which Scooby the dog would be proud to have his name attached to. It requires a bit more co-oridnation than some of the previous moves.

How To Do The Scooby Doo

1.) Bring up both arms so they are either side of your head. Hands are loosely closed usually.

&) Bring both arms down while bringing the knees inwards so they face each other.

2.) Now turn both knees outwards while bringing the left arm vertically in front of your body.

3.) Kick the left leg while pacing the right arm to the right.

&) Hop onto the left leg (right leg is suspended in the air).

4.) Bring the right leg down while bringing the left arm up vertically just to the left side of the body.

This move is done in 4 counts, hence the presence of "&" counts so you can see where everything goes.

Try and get these positions on the "&" counts so the move is completed in 4 counts, if you don't the move will last 6 counts!
