Scoo Bot Hop Kick

This is like the scoo bot but the feet lift off the floor in this one and a kick is combined into the move.

Practise slow first, this one takes skill!

How To Do The Scoo Bot Hop Kick

1.) Kick the left leg down diagonally left (off the floor), twirling the right hand to the right of the head and the left arm diagonally down to the left.

&) Bring the left leg back in. Relax the hands by the side.

2.) As soon as the feet are together the right leg comes out to the right side off the floor and then cycles back in finishing in front of you and bent.

&) Hop onto the right leg (left leg off the floor).

3.) The left leg comes down (so both feet are now on the floor).

4.) Kick with your right leg by bending it first and then straightening it upwards.

Whenever the feet switch from left foot to right like from 1.5 to 2 make it a fast swift motion. Try and make the transfer natural.

It should look like you're in the air between 2 and 3 as only one foot is only ever really on the ground briefly before the other foot takes its place.
