Here's the third version of that brilliant move called the hand clap.

Clap your hands...

How To Do Hand Claps (3)

1. Bring both arms outwards, rotating in front of you and push both arms out to the sides into a horizontal line.

2. Reverse the hands the other way and clap the hands behind you.

This is probably the hardest version of all the claps because there is a change in direction and you have more to fit into the 1st step.

Remember to keep the arms loose and relaxed to allow them to spin more freely through the positions.
