Alphas
This move requires you to get down low so can be combined with other low moves as well.
Get the basic springing and rocking motion first and then doing the kicks is easy.
How To Do Alphas
Start off in a crouching position on the floor.
1. Kick your left leg upwards keeping the right leg on the floor. Spring back onto your hands behind you as you do this.
2. Bring your left leg back down rocking your body forward into crouching position. Bring your arms forward in front of you at the same time to help you back into crouching position.
3. Kick your right leg upwards keeping the left leg on the floor. Spring back onto your hands behind you as you do this.
4. Bring your right leg back down rocking your body forward into crouching position. Your arms come together in front of you at the same time.
Use your hands as a support and also to spring you back into crouching position.
You may also just want to practise rocking your body backwards and forwards in crouching position to get used to the sensation.
